Kate Xx: I am a busy working Mum of two grogeous Children, Charlie 6 and Lucy 3. I am the Nursing Training Co Ordinator at Animal Emergency Service where I work as a Veterinary Nurse in the field of Emergency and Critcial Care - which means night shifts and weekends are the norm. I lead a hectic busy life but always try to find time for precious family time and crucial 'me' time. I am on the path of Health and Fitness and will never stop creating the Best Version of Myself!!
