So it's no secret - you don't get lean and strong by eating burgers and fries!! Eating clean is Soooooo important - after all....


I am going to share my favouite meals and snacks right here, mainly 12WBT menu items (because that's what I eat!!) Let's see how many times I can make your mouth water!!

Breakfast

Soft Boiled Egg with Vegemite Soldiers

Pancakes (topped with banana, yoghurt and berries) - Perfect for a Sunday Family Breakfast
Baked Eggs with Spincach and Feta (served with wholegrain soldiers and baked beans)

Dinner
Quorn "Chicken Schnitzel" - Thank you Mish for introducing me to Quorn!!!

Wholemeal Penne with Vegies - love my carbs!!

Roast Vegetable and Chic Pea Salad (with youghurt and dill dressing) - How many times do I slap natural yoghurt on my food now???!!! Yum!!

Lentil Loaf with Mint Yoghurt Sauce - Another staple!!

Nutmeat Patties with Yoghurt and Mint Sauce - who would have thought I would have ever opened a can of something called nutmeat??!! - Yum!!



Snacks
Protein Powder!! Couldn't live without it!!

Come on now, you didn't think you'd get through a 12 week weight loss challenge without the odd munch on some raw vegies between meals????
DESSERT TIME!!! I made 8 of these little treats to take along to a friend's house as dessert, who says you have to hide from social events to avoid tempation - this was YUMMY and only about 140cal to boot!!
My most favourite snack.....one I probably have too often!! Love a Cuppa with a handful (ummmm, not so carefully measured sometimes) of raw nuts and seeds!!
My own invention - Passionfuit Protein Power!! 25.3g Protein - POW!!

MMmm Caramel Hot Chocolate!! Thanks Aldi - I'll take one of those for 87cal thanks!! Really helps me get through my "no chocolate" pledge.
