Results from the Scales!! R1 2012


As we all know in 12WBT land - Wednesday is Weigh in Day - this is religion! So here are the dates of all of the weeks of Round 1 2012 and all the Wednesdays where I will weigh on the scales and record my weight for the blog world to see!!

This round I will be completing the Lean and Strong part of the program, having lost 9kg last round.  This time my focus will be on toning and reshaping my (now well known) Stubborn Flabby Bits.  My goal is to reach 59kg but I understand that I may gain muscle mass which will tip my weight on the scales up a bit - I will therefore be focusing closer on my measurements when the round gets underway in Februarry.

PreSeason

Week 1: January 18  - 63.2kg
Week 2: January 25  - 62.3kg - 900g loss!! Yay!!
Week 3: February 1  - 62.1kg - 200g loss!! Oh No! :(
Week 4: February 8  - 61.5kg - 600g loss!!
Week 4 end: Feb 15 - 61.9kg - 400g GAIN!!! God Damn it!!!

Total Weight Lost in Pre Season: Only 1.3kg in 4 weeks

Calliper Body Fat Assessment

**The Body Fat Assessment I recieved in week 1 - of 25.7% BF - has since been deemed incorrect.  The technique the PT was using was incorrect thus inaccurate and gave a leaner BF% than I actually was.  I will now never know my actualy starting point, thus I will now go from the week 4 result of 27.2% as a basis for setting my goals.  I would still like to reach 19% ......

Week  1:  February 15 - 61.9kg
Week  2:  February 22 - 62.5kg - Gain of 600g!! I'm trying not to freak out - This is ok!...
Week  3:  February 29 - 62.6kg - Grrrr!!!!
Week  4:  March 7       - 62.9kg - F@#k You Scales!! Look at my Measurements!
Week  5:  March 14     - Refusing to weigh in - I wont let you beat my spirits scales!!!
Week  6:  March 21     - 63.1kg - 200g Gain!! AAAggghhhhrrr!!!
Week  7:  March 28     - Forgot to weigh in and then thought - bugger it!!
Week  8:  April 4         - 62.4kg - 700g Loss!! YeeeeHa!! WooooHoooo!!! Winner!
Week  9:  April 11       - 62.4kg - How does that happen???
Week 10: April 18       - Noo!!! I was so keen to weigh in and my scale batteries were flat!!
Week 11: April 25       - 61.9kg - 500g Loss!! wooohooo!! Back to week 1 weight!! 
Week 12: May 02        -61.7kg

Total weight Loss Total R1 2012: 1.5kg

Total BF% Loss - 8%!! (from 30% to 21.7%)
